Someplayer: A Good Music Player For Nokia N900

Although Maemo does not enjoy, these days, a lot of popularity as a mobile platform, the operating system continues to attract dozens of excellent developers, capable of sustained high level of applications. One of them available from a couple of weeks, SomePlayer, a music player that is having a significant appreciation on Maemo Talk.

Developed by Russian Nikolay Tischenko, SomePlay is the result of more than 6 months of work. The efforts, however, are well illustrated by the overall quality of the program, which appears from the first launch of the union in a single solution to all the major music players available for the Nokia Maemo smartphone.

Among the features available, support for a wealth of audio formats (MP3, FLAC, WMA, AAC, OGG, ASF, APE, WAV), the presence of an equalizer, the ability to play and import songs from both the file system from the media library, play list management, the FM transmission, the standard AVRCP support to control the player from the headset Bluetooth, and much more.

There are, in fact, a timer that automatically stops the music after a certain time, the possibility of the player automatically pauses when you unplug the headphones, operating in both portrait and landscape mode that the ability to search the cover of its album.
