Motorola Edison / Atrix 2: all the technical characteristics

The Motorola Edison has been identified as the successor to Atrix Motorola, the first smartphone 4G ever launched on U.S. soil. Now there is talk of a successor, which currently appears on the Internet with AT & T logo, then certainly for the U.S., but perhaps for the international dissemination. Thisismynext got their hands on a prototype of the phone and revealed the main features.



The Motorola Edison has a 4.3-inch QHD LCD displays, with displays in the middle of the most important smartphone release, is not so PenTile is clearer and brighter than the previous Atrix. The onboard processor is a TI OMAP 4 1GHz coupled with 1GB of RAM. The body design is curved for optimal grip and is very thin, 10 mm, although the camera on the back sticks out. This 8-megapixel camera snaps pictures and capture video in 1080p quality. The battery is 1735mAh.

At the software level we Gingerbread Android User Interface 2.3.5 Motorola, definitely not similar to the classic Blur. The internal memory is expandable with an 8GB microSD memory. The launch is planned for November.
