Last week we report the rumors that Samsung was going to leave to devote himself to Android Meego. While the acquisition of Meego was denied, a new rumor is back with arrogance: Windows Phone Samsung abandons push for Bada. It is sensible rumors but no confirmation at the time.
The voices coming from the Twitter feed SamFirmware, a site devoted to news about Samsung and dedicated firmware. According to sources, the Korean company will stop supporting Windows 7 Phone by the end of 2012, producing just a WP7 first new terminal to “unwind”. Samsung has not commented, but the success of its Galaxy line with Android is under everybody’s eyes, while WP limps a little ‘.
The company probably will seek to develop more careful, creating a Linux-based: Samsung’s efforts in software are there for all to see.
