Continued speculation the much anticipated upcoming smartphone flagship of Samsung, the Galaxy S III: will or will not arrive at the Mobile World Congress in February? Apparently not care that much, because for the launch we’ll have to wait relatively little. The latest information about the new flagship Galaxy comes from the Netherlands: the authors of MobileCowboys, thanks to their source who claims to have seen a list of upcoming Samsung products, the Galaxy S III should be released in Turkey on March 13.
Assuming that the voice is true, the new smartphone should arrive in other European markets at the same time, and, therefore, an official announcement at MWC at the end of February would not be so surprising. However, this revelation is to contradict the previous ones, according to which Samsung has decided to postpone the presentation of the device for another event, after the MWC in February.
For many bloggers the field is rather unlikely that the S III comes beginning in March, but not impossible. For those who missed the details on the terminal, the Samsung Galaxy S III will have Ice Cream Sandwich Android OS 4.0, a quad-core processor, a Super AMOLED HD display, longer battery life and a 12 megapixel camera on the back.
In the U.S. version will also include the LTE connectivity, which has become standard for high-end handsets. The news does not end here though: MobileCowboys.nl also mentions two other unannounced devices, like the Samsung Galaxy S II Plus and the Samsung Galaxy S Notes.
We do not know what features they have, but they seem to come on the market in November or December – “no later than the end of the year.” With the Samsung Galaxy S III coming, what sense could have a Galaxy S Plus II, moreover, after many months?
We can only wait to learn more.
