The next version of the operating system Windows Mobile Phone will be released very soon and, as the weeks pass, we get a more clear vision of what the update will bring with it a level of functionality. The update has been so far identified with the code name Tango, but according to Stefania Duico run Windows Phone in Italy, the name that is identified by “experts” is Windows Phone 7.5 Refresh.
It is a name that makes perfect sense, given that this update is not intended to bring new functionality to existing phones, but to add compatibility for low-end devices. Thus, the first Windows Phone 7 had the code name Metro, while Windows Phone 7.5 was Mango. Tango can then be identified as WP 7.5 Refresh.
Of course, since Tango is an update that will come on all Windows Phone can make corrections and functionality to existing phones. As for the low-end phones, according to a statement from Microsoft itself will affect the user experience by disabling some features that require more power.
