The moment of truth arrives for RIM, a Canadian company that with the new BlackBerry OS 10 risks everything: the recapture of lost market share or loss of another audience. The first device with the new operating system is the BlackBerry London, which appeared on the web the first photographs that show the package. The picture on the box shows us a smartphone with a completely new design, cut corners, very similar to the Motorola Photon 4G. Indeed, the image that accompanies the packaging reflects a picture of the device leaked in the past.
The source image has preferred to remain anonymous. Meanwhile, on Tuesday in Orlando will come to life the BlackBerry Jam event, in conjunction with the BlackBerry World Conference. Jam to the BlackBerry, RIM should give 2,000 units of a special device for developers, so they can put hand on BlackBerry 10. The devices will not have the same look and experience of end use of BlackBerry London, but were created specifically to provide the OS and entice developers not to abandon the platform in favor of competitors.
RIM, in this moment of crisis, it plays all out, then it is expected that the BlackBerry and the BlackBerry Jam 10 are worthy of a great return.
