The voice search to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean comes to iPhone

Last June during the Google I / O were introduced Android 4.1 with many new features, one of the most important and certainly the most interesting new feature is definitely Google Now. The new service created by Google to update the operating system of multiple shooting robots did understand its value, almost ridiculing its main competitor: Siri. The news recently published in the official Google blog may have happy users IOS since the application will integrate Google Search for IOS features voice search on Google Now views. The application is not yet available, but has already been submitted to Apple, which will communicate the outcome of a short submission.

As we can see in the video on top of the post, the style of the application is very similar to that seen on Android, and features quite similar. Speech recognition seems as good on Jelly Bean, while the two applications appear to differ in the results of Android are perfectly integrated into the UI system, here appear as simple hypertext link. Despite this small detail, only to be caught short, the application seems really well made and seems to work properly.

Around this choice of Google have been raised many controversies about the network, based on the hypothetical exclusive service. Google apparently is not interested in limiting its service only to Android 4.1, iPhone OS is a great platform, with high market shares and should not be set aside (not including ethical issues). But the move could turn up their noses at a good range of users Android 4.0, because that functionality to offer and make it available on IOS versions below to Android 4.1?
